I have been a REALTOR for 19 years and I know the Scottsdale real estate market like the back of my hand! I've watched many of the areas build and grow over the last couple of decades, going from empty lots of wild desert landscape to bustling communities filled with homes, parks and families.
It's this insight can often be the difference between you overpaying or getting a great deal, finding the right property or missing out on it, and buying a property fully informed or missing critical things during the inspection that can ultimately cost you down the road. I am a full-service agent, handling the marketing, preparation, negotiations paperwork and more.
